motorbronx - Lifting Trailers

Technology

We use either a rubber torsion suspension axle or a rubber compression system to provide suspension for our height adjustable axles.

The rubber torsion is used when softer suspension is required (for furniture and machinery transports). The rubber compression system is used for transporting heavier items such as cars, bobcats, excavators, mini-diggers etc.

The axle actuation is linear, meaning that anything from manual hydraulic jacks, winches or electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems can be used, to match different needs and budgets.
Furthermore, if you decide to buy a trailer using a manual pump set-up, you can upgrade to electric later, if you feel you want to work even faster. Using manual pumps, the trailer will rise to drive position in 30 seconds. With electric pumps, it goes three times faster. You can also use a remote control.
The frames are usually tubular, to provide an aesthetically pleasing design plus low center of gravity. All our clients are very pleased with the stability of these trailers at high speeds or on winding roads.
